DIANA

DIANA
Diana you were so precious
To each and everyone
We mourn your death so deeply
But God’s will must be done
Your life was but a few short years
But you led the world in love
May you find the love you always craved
With your maker up above
Your caring ways to those in need
When all the world forgot
A tender touch a friendly smile
Was all these people sought
Your visits to the dying
Shone like a beacon bright
It eased their pain and brought them joy
Throughout the weary night
Your death has left an aching void
This world can never fill
No one can ever take your place
The world has just stood still
A bright and beautiful star has gone
From our midst for evermore
We know you’ll rest in Heaven above
On God’s eternal shore.
